By using CalStreak, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
CalStreak offers Normal (Free) and Premium subscriptions. Premium plans provide additional features and analytics. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
CalPoints are a virtual reward currency within the app. CalStreak reserves the right to modify, adjust, or expire CalPoints at our sole discretion at any time. CalPoints have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
Normal accounts are subject to fair use limits. Premium accounts enjoy extended limits and premium support. We reserve the right to downgrade accounts that violate our fair use policy.
Your use of CalStreak is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data to improve our calorie tracking and recommendations.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
